Onuma international seminar house is a facility which is available for various conference, seminar, training and concert.
At HOWAIE in the main building, you can use the coworking space for a drink fee 300 yen.There is a library there, and have books about nature such as wild birds and plants of Hokkaido, and foreign picture books.

Also, there is “Onuma Forest Park” around seminar house, and you can enjoy walking and relax in the forest. The walking path has approximately 3.5km in total length. It is recommended for bird watching and colored leaves in autumn, especially.
