Shakunage Bridge

It is a small bridge, but harmony with the forest is a beautiful bridge.

According to the name, there is rhododendron warren in the “Shakunage island” where a bridge is built over and blooms in the end of May. This rhododendron seems to be the thing which pioneers of Onuma Park planted. Around a Shakunage Bridge the wild birds such as herons are seen a lot, too. You can take a walk while hearing small birdsong pleasantly.

※In the way following a Shakunage Bridge, there are many points where the rock and roots of tree appears. Please be careful about a step very much.
