Best season is in the middle of April.

In warm flow of water, the earliest spot you can see the Asian Skunk cabbage in Onuma is near the Athletic Field of Tornare. Asian Skunk cabbage is also called “Bekonoshita”, it means beef tongue. It let us know Spring has coming.
There is parking space. The other Asian Skunk cabbage is dotted along the lake Onuma circular road. Please go around with cycling or to drive.

In particular, the colony near Tornare is privately owned. Please refrain from entering the premises.
