Komagatake Shrine
It is a Shinto shrine to pray for safety of Mt.Komagatake and Onuma every Spring and Autumn.
It is said to be the opening of Komagatake Shrine that enshrining festival was held by local volunteers as local Shinto deity of Mt.Komagatake in 1914. The figure nestling quietly in a forest is the atmosphere that seems to come out even in a story. There is the rock in the precincts, it was dropped by Mt.Komagatake eruption. It is said that there is the benefit of the barrier breakthrough by going through the crevice.
There is no parking lot. It is recommended to park opposite the signboard of “Oiwaenchi” and walk a little.
※Due to the danger of falling rocks, it is currently not possible to pass through the crevice of the rock.
